Discover Devon Cliffs Holiday Park - The Jordansbrook Caravan
The caravan is a brand new 2008 Delta Nordstar 4 bedroomed caravan (can sleep 10). It has a large balcony with furniture to sit outside and watch the sea, it has a large living area and dining space, two bathrooms with 1 power shower, three twin bedrooms, 1 double room, and a fold away occasional bed in the lounge. A fully fitted kitchen with large oven and fridge freezer and central heating from radiators completes this perfect set up for a family break.

A busy upmarket Park set on the cliffs over Exmouth Bay. It boasts a 5 star spa complex (bookings and payments can be made in advance on 01395 226247) with relaxation guaranteed, full range of treatments including massage, wraps, waxing, tanning, facials and nails, Swimming Pools with slides (indoor and outdoor and heated), private beach, Beachcomber Restaurant, Arcade, Play Area's, Take-Aways, Sports Bar, two 1000+Capacity Nightclubs, Children's Entertainment three times daily, Evening Entertainment including Bingo, Quiz, Gameshow and Variety Cabaret nightly from 6pm, excellent bands, comedians, magicians, theme evenings and more! All these are included in the cost of your holiday booking.
Additionally offered on park for an extra fee through Haven are swimming lessons, aquajets, walking on water balls, football coaching, adventure golf, paintballing, mini bowling, archery, wall climbing and sunbeds.
The park boasts its own supermarket, with bakery and off licence, Starbucks and gift shop, a launderette and a hire shop for extras like high chairs, bed guards etc.

The caravan is a 2005 Willerby Westmoreland 3 bedroomed caravan (can sleep 8). It has a large balcony with furniture to sit outside in the peace and quiet, it has a large living area and dining space, a bathroom with a power shower and separate WC, two twin bedrooms, 1 double room, and a fold away occasional bed in the lounge. A fully fitted kitchen with large oven and fridge freezer and central heating from blow air heating completes this perfect set up for a family break.

A quiet and beautifully landscaped Park set round a large fishing lake, and within 10 minutes walk to the public beach. Swimming Pools (indoor and outdoor) with slide, a Restaurant, Arcade, Play Area, Take Away, 1000+Capacity Nightclub, Childrens Entertainment three times daily, Evening Entertainment including Bingo, Quizzes, and Variety Cabaret nightly from 6pm, excellent bands, magicians, theme evenings and more. Terms and Conditions
Please read through carefully – you are legally agreeing to these conditions and will lose your deposit if you fail to adhere to them
Each family is required to leave the caravan in good condition without damage.
Please treat the caravan as the privilege that it is during your stay. The fact that it may have been cheaper than Haven caravans does not mean you can abuse the facility. It is privately owned by a family with special needs members, and is run for the benefit of all special needs children. All profits go to charity, so money for repairs and replacements is scarce. The person booking the caravan is legally responsible for looking after it.
Be out of the caravan by 11am without exception - this is later than Haven caravans to allow you a relaxed departure. It must not be overstayed as the cleaners will be coming promptly at 11.
Telephone me if you feel something is missing on arrival so I can get a replacement to you. Don’t wait until you get home which will be too late for your use and the following family. These are family caravans and things do get accidentally broken when we are relaxing/playing so please don’t panic about little things, just keep me informed. Some things will be insured and other things can be replaced in time for the rest of your holiday or the next family arriving but you must let someone know.
A full set of keys must be returned to me within 1 week of your holiday so I can send to the following families. I reserve the right to keep your deposit for the re-cutting of new keys that are missing or late back. Please ensure keys being posted are well wrapped as several sets were lost from envelopes last season. I recommend recorded delivery.
No smoking inside the caravan ever – it is not only illegal for you to smoke in our caravans now, but some of our special children are too fragile to tolerate traces of smoke and will become seriously ill if you contaminate the furnishings, even some weeks later! No pets for similar reasons. Please smoke outside and dispose of ash and butts responsibly.
Haven’s/British Holidays Park terms must be adhered to. A copy can be requested from the Park if you wish but the main rules state:-
No single sex groups (These are family parks – entertainment and activities reflect this)
Noise must be kept to a minimum (Security on park are very quick to respond to complaints of noise especially at night and have zero tolerance of it)
No feeding the seagulls
No abuse of the park and use of bins for all litter
Keep to speed limits of 10mph
Abide by Club Regulations
Devon Cliffs/Burnham on Sea/Melissa Tiley-Waters reserve the right to require any party to leave the site without refund or notice should any behaviour be unacceptable or cause a nuisance to any other holiday makers.
